Look Unto Me
Charles Haddon Spurgeon was known as the Prince of Preachers, stirring audiences from his London pulpit from 1854 to 1892. Millions more who never heard him preach read his weekly sermons. Morning by Morning, one of Spurgeon's best known classic devotionals, has now been updated in today's language with contemporary application commentary. Look Unto Me represents some of Spurgeon's most powerful devotions, with added Scripture references and quotes in the NIV, and contemporary commentary and insight by Jim Reimann.

My
Utmost for His Highest
My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers, originally published in 1927, is the best-selling devotional book of all time. Jim’s updated modern language edition is a #1 Christian best-seller with more than four million copies in print and has been translated into approximately 12 languages. The book is arranged in 366 daily devotions centering on the importance of knowing Jesus Christ and His Word and how to apply its truth to our lives. Jim has personally used this book in his quiet times with the Lord for nearly 35 years.
Streams in the Desert
Streams in the Desert by Lettie Cowman, originally published in 1925, is the 2nd best-selling devotional book of all time. Jim’s updated modern language edition of Streams is also a #1 Christian best-seller with more than one million copies in print, and it has been translated into approximately 12 languages. This devotional book is arranged into 366 daily devotions that primarily focus on God’s comfort for the difficulties of life. It makes a perfect gift for anyone suffering through a difficult time, whether it is the loss of a loved one, a sickness, or other trial of life.
Les
Misérables
Les Misérables by Victor Hugo is Jim's favorite novel of all time. Originally published in 1862, it was the most popular book read by soldiers on both sides of the battle lines during the Civil War. If you have only seen the movie or the Broadway musical, you really don’t know the story of Les Misérables. It is a beautiful Christian book, full of imagery believers will understand, yet portrayed in a way only Victor Hugo could express. Due to the length of the original (1400 pages), and the out-dated language, Jim condensed the story and revised the text while maintaining the beauty of the original. A great read for men, women, and teens.
His
Brother’s Keeper
His Brother’s Keeper was the first book by Charles Sheldon. Sheldon is better known for In His Steps, a book which has sold more than 30 million copies and was the book that spawned the WWJD (What would Jesus do?) phenomenon. Unlike In His Steps, however, this book is based on a true story of a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1895. It has everything from adventure to romance and is a perfect book to use for witnessing because one of the characters comes to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Again, Jim updated the text in order to make the book more accessible for today’s readers.

In God We Trust: When Patriotism Is Not Enough
In God We Trust: When Patriotism
Is Not Enough is an original work by Jim. Written within
two weeks after 9/11, this book is much more than just another
book about terrorism. Jim shares his insights into the biblical
history behind the struggle between Muslims, Jews, and Christians,
along with a number of personal stories from his life. It is
what Jim refers to as a discipleship book for today or “how
should we then live today, in light of terror and evil in the
world.”![]()
